Welcome to the Lewis & Clark Fort Mandan Foundation. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization which manages and maintains Fort Mandan and the North Dakota Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center. The Foundation is also home to The Dakota Institute.

Free Admission at Fort Mandan while new exhibits being installed at the Interpretive Center

The Interpretive Center will be closed while new exhibits are being installed. The Museum Store at the Interpretive Center will be open as well as the rest area. Fort Mandan is also open and visitors will get free admission starting today through February 3rd.
New Exhibits Being Installed

New interpretive exhibits are being installed at the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center in Washburn January 23 through February 3, according to Lewis & Clark Fort Mandan Foundation Vice President Wendy Spencer.
