Pet Walk set for this Saturday, July 25

The third annual Fort Mandan Pet Walk is set for Saturday, July 25, two miles west of the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center at Washburn, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Leashed pets of any kind and their owners are invited to walk the beautiful trails of Fort Mandan. A free lunch courtesy of Krause’s Super Valu of Washburn will be provided to all participants, who will also get free admission to Fort Mandan and the Interpretive Center, along with their families. Prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories including: friendliest pet, best trick, cutest pet, furriest pet and best dressed pet.
Other sponsors for this year’s Pet Walk include Diamond W Animal Essentials, Lewis and Clark Animal Hospital, Groomingdales, Pawfect Poodle, KT Animal Supply, Tricia’s Dog Bakery all of Bismarck.
